We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner to develop and execute the HR Strategy for all East Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria & Moldova) Commercial and Corporate Functions teams . You will be responsible for partnering with relevant function heads to deliver sustained business performance through talent, capability, and organization drivers, leveraging the full suite of HR tools.
Responsibilities
Day in the Life:
· Responsible for partnering with the Commercial and Corporate Functions Leadership Teams to create and drive successful HR initiatives that enable the strategic goals of the business (including balancing HR priorities and measuring success of HR initiatives, as well as anticipating trends to deliver integrated and proactive solutions).
· Partner with Sector HR and Commercial LTs to proactively build a future focused organisation (incl. talent, capability, design) to meet the aggressive growth targets for the business over the next 3 years.
· Lead the development of capability passports for relevant functions (SWP), influencing function head involvement and forging strong partnerships with HR teams outside of East Balkans.
· Lead Jnr HRBP to implement effective Labour Relations tactics and strategies to maintain a positive LR environment and ensure compliance with PepsiCo Values and Code of Conduct.
· Successfully navigate all cases including monitoring of remediation actions and identifying patterns/trends and creating action plans to address.
· Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies in Commercial, ensuring all solutions are effective for both front line and professional populations.
· Develop in-depth understanding of how PepsiCo business operates - Go To Market strategies, P&L, etc. and use this knowledge to design and implement effective HR solutions.
· Diagnose needs, successfully leverage COEs partnership and execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement.
· Build and develop robust relationships with senior business leaders across the East Balkans business and in the broader PepsiCo organization.
· Serve as trusted advisor for business leaders for talent decisions at the organizational and individual level. Lead implementation of Performance & Talent Management discussions at local/functional level to generate high quality plans and outputs to feed into Regional and Sector discussions. Develop local succession plans, taking a holistic across-function approach.
· Responsible for Audit & Control Environment for Commercial
· Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent.
· Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work (leveraging the COE work for local activation).
· Support OHS Action Planning by tracking the completion of activities across the functions and providing updates to HRBPs and C&E team.
· Responsible, in partnership with TA, for the effective sourcing, hiring and onboarding of new talent into the organization.
· Contribute to the development, approval, and adherence to AOP targets for HR function in team. Ensure cost efficiency with regards to talent decisions, including total compensation and benefits management as well as productivity initiatives.
Qualifications
What will make you successful?
· Significant knowledge of HR generalist processes and approach preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment or similar
· Demonstrated professional maturity and relevant experience with most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee relations, staffing, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, coaching and training).
· Working knowledge of building talent and organisation HR strategies and successfully implementing in the organisation.
· Proven experience in building engagement in teams, driving change, and coaching / counselling leaders.
· Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
· Powerful and confident communication skills with the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization.
· Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
· Previous talent management and organizational planning experience.
· Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners.
· Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise.
· Ability to handle a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
· Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics.
· Excellent knowledge of Romanian & English language.
· Pro-active, flexible and solution-oriented mindset, aiming for continuous improvement.
