Senior Engineer- TPM eHANA/BW Developer

Overview

The PepsiCo Global Template Analytics DevSecOps Assistant Analyst will be responsible for the development and support of reporting and analytics solutions in BW and TPM streams. The role will ensure that the incidents are resolved, and the SLAs are met and the development of new analytics, Business Warehouse (SAP-BW), Trade Promotion Management (SAP-TPM) solutions to support PepsiCo business globally.

Responsibilities

The role is expected build and/or support quality solutions in a stable environment consisting of SAP BI/BW, Enterprise HANA, TPM, S/4, SLT, BODS, CPI-DS, Fiori App, SAC Dashboard, Business Objects (Web Intelligence, AFO)

Maintain the Analytics catalog documentation of PGT analytical content such as Report master list, and knowledge transfer decks. Partner with solution functional leads and business experts to identify standard KPIs in Global Template. Activate and demo the standard KPIs to Business

 

Support and manage the batch schedules using Control M and other scheduling tools to make sure that data is available to the users in a timely manner.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree required.
·  2-4 years of hands-on SAP Business Warehouse, SAP CRM TPM and ECC / S4 integration experience is preferred within Trade promotion integration areas – Customer Business planning, PAK, IP, AMDP, Promotion Planning
·  Knowledge of SAP BW, IP, PAK – Planning Functions, BW aggregations in promotion planning, Planning queries
·  Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Promotion Planning and Execution (business partner and Business roles, customer hierarchy, Product, Product Hierarchy etc.)
·  Experience in SAP Business Objects, SAP BW Query Designer and SAP Analytics Cloud
·  Exposure in S4HANA reporting artifacts such as CDS views, Fiori Apps, Eclipse Studio will be a plus
·  At least 1 full lifecycle project deployments in SAP BW, eHANA, TPM
·  Good coding skills in either of these: SAP-ABAP, SQL, Java script
·  Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
·  Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+ , MS Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Service Now
·  Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
·  Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
·  Exposure/Experience in SaFe methodology
