Job description

Responsibilities

·  Performing internal audits on production areas & warehouses.
·  Participate in Food Safety, Food Defense & Hold & Release teams.
·  Implementing of AIB, FSSC & requirements.
·  Preparation for Management review meeting annually.
·  Follow up on Implementation of the integrated pest management system.
·  Enforce operation to comply with the pre-requisite programs.
·  Participate in Develop, review, and validate HACCP, food defense & food fraud studies.
·  Review the SOPs that may impact food safety.
·  Prepare the training plans, materials, and exams.
·  Review the sanitation programs of lines and areas and follow up execution.
·  Follow up the PEM activities of the site, follow up the sampling process, review the testing results and call EMRT for meeting to take the necessary actions.
·  Control the MOH and control spending along the year.
·  Participate in investigation of incidents relative to FS, review the needed actions, follow up on the action plan and modify the preparedness for emergencies’ plan.
·  Keeping the site prepared for the AIB, FSSC & NFSA audits any time.
·  Participate in inspection plan in the site (monthly internal AIB, internal FSSC audit, daily inspection), and outside the corresponding site (cross audits and audit the expected partners when needed).
·  Review the action plans prepared by/with the different departments and determine the weak planned actions to be addressed to the site heads.
·  Achieve AIB Target
·  Sustain FSSC audit and QAS without major NC
·  Sustain NFSA whitelist. complete 100% of action plan
·  Contribute to distributors and trade audits to conduct audits as per shared plan
·  Prepare for the external FSSC22000 audit and develop an action plan for the findings.
·  Issuing the needed PRs and POs.
·  Contribute to pick up a pest controller for the site, review the IPM program suggested by the contractor, follow up the execution, and develop analysis system for trends and raw data
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years of Quality & Food safety experience in FMCGs.
• Very good English language is required.
