Job description

Responsibilities

1.Arrange reasonable weekly production planning by shift by line by SKU and track the completion;

2.In charge of the raw material, OGS, spare parts purchasing execution and suppliers’ management;

3.Submit  downtime plan to BU team weekly, including equipment  maintenance, cleaning, pest control, R&D test etc;

4.Provide new products information to related departments;

5.In charge of monthly payment and energy consumption accrual;

6.Collect and prepare the MOR data and comments;

7.Collect, consolidate and maintain production/ engineering/ QA/HR related data. Timely submit the related reports with high quality;

8.In charge of quarterly score card data submit.

9.In charge of the purchase of raw material, OGS, & spare parts.

10.Support company end to end supply chain optimization and HCM program;

11.Lead planning productivity activities to control plant related cost according to KPIs;

12.Other duties assigned by line manager;

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree in operations, logistics and other related fields;

2.At least 5 years of operations, planning and logistics experience in an FMCG company;

3.Rich experience in inbound/outbound prod planning & logistics;

4.Analytical mind and problem-solving ability;

5.Multi-culture exposure;

6.Savvy communication skills;

7.Fluent written and oral English;

8.Proficient in Microsoft software;

9.Familiar with prod planning,  logistic, warehouse process;

·  Good understanding of MOR and plant KPI;
·  Good communication skills for both internal & external.
