Job Description

·  Reports to Network Optimization Manager
·  Work in close coordination with Prolink team during Prolink supply transition
·  Support to create, manage, maintain all SKU data according to plant & CoMan base dynamics for Prolink system (production lines, min order quantitiesy, A-B-C classification, safety stoks, sourcing dynamics etc)
·  Ensures that clear lines of communication and processes are in place to support service to sales
·  Plans and prepares production schedules for Pepsico Beverage plants on weekly basis
·  Analyze production fluctuations to manage production plan adherence performance

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University graduate
·  Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
·  Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
·  A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
·  Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
·  Effective time management and planning
·  Excellent communication across all functions/levels is required.
·  Must be analytical and understand KPIs and metrics.
