Overview

Position Objective: Coordinate all administrative, supply chain and logistic operations for a centralized equipment hub operation and provide direct support in the Regional Service and Move Center to support field service and move operations. This position works in a union environment. 

 

Responsibilities

Move Scheduling

·  Coordinate all aspects of fountain scheduling and support vendor and cooler scheduling
·  Enter orders to trucks as scheduled
·  Enter route changes/re-work
·  Complete confirmation calls
·  Complete daily CETS maintenance
·  ID orders to route
·  Enter job duration, schedule date, sequence, truck (crew)
·  Assess orders missing Special Instructions: ‘on hold’
·  Manage escalations
·  Review RN assigned orders for the valid match, graphics, accessories; assign equipment
·  Review orders missing Prep Instructions: ‘on hold’
·  Manage escalations

Service Call Support

·  Provide direct field support on service call management to include overwatch of the GANT/Click Software dispatch tool
·  Manage incomplete service calls and

National Accounts

·  Coordinate PBNA account conversions:
·  Inquire if local MEM Team accepts the move
·  Reports back to PBNA if the account needs to be installed by a third
·  Request survey from locations
·  Request install dates to meet conversion deadline from the
·  Provides PBNA with move schedules for account
·  Provide updates to PBNA and local MEM team on progress towards conversion
·  Acts as a conduit for account activity to the Hawaii MEM and Sales
·  Ensure 100% payment for all move activities

Complete National Coordinator Coverage Items:

·  Income Report - weekly
·  Escalation SPA Box - daily
·  Update CA Contacts with a new role
·  Project Updates - daily
·  Confirmation Clean-up - weekly
·  CETS Pending Service Orders - daily
·  Open Order Report - weekly
·  RR/PM Reports – weekly

Pepsi Sales

·  Submit documentation to set up new customers into the CMB and CETS
·  Ensure product is ordered for
·  Communicate bottle and can sales opportunities for local

Equipment Inventory

·  Order all PBNA equipment for all National Account
·  Manage the PBNA Inventory to below a 20-day
·  Acquire return good numbers for equipment of cancelled installs
·  Shipping and receiving process
·  Warehouse productivity timesheet
·  GCS location process

Manage the Sudden Service Program

·  Maintain customer database to ensure 100% payment of eligible sudden service
·  Develop a plan to achieve 100% execution of all required National Account Preventative
·  Provide weekly updates to the MEM leadership team on the progress of the PM
·  Manage weekly Sudden Service rejects to maximize income

Administrative

·  GCS location process
·  KRONOS administrative work
·  APS document process
·  Asset Write off process
·  Warehouse shop paperwork
·  Location Communication process including safety
·  Shipping and receiving process
·  Inventory Control Process including period end inventory reconciliation
·  Contact for Naked Juice and Rockstar vendors
·  Purchase supplies
·  Service swap process

Compensation & Benefits:

·  The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,800 - $63,450 based on a full-time schedule
·  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
·  Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred
·  Previous supply chain, customer service and logistics experience

·  Office Suite
·  Willingness to travel - 10%

Selected candidates must have strong communication and PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT. Interpersonal skills as well as:

·  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
·  Customer drive and focus; prior customer service or related experience
·  Superior problem solving and organizational skills
·  Ability to use multiple PC applications simultaneously e. Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite Applications
·  Ability to quickly grasp new PBC/PDC
·  Demonstrates continuous improvement
