Job Description

This role is accountable for:

·  Implementing strategy to drive the Quality, Cost (Inc. Productivity) and Service
·  Engaging 3rd Party manufacturing projects related to category commercial calendar, SC requirements within existing suppliers
Job Description:
·  Manages day to day decision making and operational aspects of designated supply base, managing issues with peers as required. Escalates to 3rd Party Manufacturing Managers and Geography Leads only when deemed appropriate.
·  Drives long term performance improvement across Quality, Cost & Productivity, Service
·  Flawlessly executes all types of innovation and change within existing suppliers.
·  Manages 3PM qualification process together with R&D and Q&FS leads.
·  Partners with Commercialization and R&D to understand innovation pipeline across Brand Refresh.
On a periodic basis reviews with 3PM Lead:
·  Status on key projects and key milestone reviews
·  Performance and forecast vs. AOP & KPIs, action planning
·  Review of upcoming requirements
·  Status review of productivity plan/Cost Avoidance
·  Change management with 3PM (cost card, projects)This role is accountable for:

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven results and critical experiences required in a significant number of the following areas:

·  Must have experienced background in Manufacturing
·  Proven results at delivering business change
·  Operating knowledge of how to commercialize large scale innovation
·  Project leadership skills
·  High level of business acumen ~ commercially savvy and financially aware.
·  Willingness to work across different BU’s
·  Flexibility to travel up to 50%
