The Opportunity
The SAP Process Orchestration Senior Support Ar
will be responsible for timely delivery of high-qualit reliable and cost-effective integration solutions for I PepsiCo Global Template and subsequent Enterpri
Solutions SAP projects, This involves providing 24: support for integration technologies including SAP and SAP CI IS. In addition, the SAP PO support ar will be responsible for coding break fixes, enhance and new interfaces based on business requiremen Furthermore, the Senior Support Analyst will be ret to conduct design and QA reviews for interfaces cr. by our vendor partners to ensure strict adherence I PepsiCo's global development standards.
Your Impact
As SAP Process Orchestration Senior Support Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Provide 24x7 support for integration technologies including SAP PO and SAP CI IS
- Drive design and development initiatives for SAP and SAP CI IS interfaces
- Accountable for Quality Assurance of code/techni design reviews for junior developers
- Provide application debugging support and code for identified issues and builds for optimal quality
- Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating required
- Partner dosely with external vendors, including o shore and offshore resources,
- Provides Technical cul-over, Go-Live, and Hyperc support
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* 5+ years of SAP PI/PO and CPI-IS experience year of hands on experience with PO, 2+ experience CPI-IS and 5+ years of hands on experience with S/ PI/XI interfacing with SAP and non-SAP systems)
* Bachelor's degree required in information technology other technically focused field
*5 years of hands on experience with SAP PIXI inte with SAP and non-SAP systems. MUST
* Proficient at application level as well as data level integration using XML, Data Mapping & transformati tools MUST
* Proficient in SLD and various SAP PI system administration configurations MUST
* 2 year of hands on experience with PO and CPI-IS/ Nice to have
* Full lifecycle experience surrounding interfaces development - Requirements, Design, Data Mapping Transformations, Development, Testing, Deployment Production Support/MUST
* Provide functional and technical leadership on inter development work throughout the lifecycle, including deployment production support./MUST
* Strong Experience with Web Service development
SOA./Nice to have
* Knowledge of XSLT is a plus
* Experience with others SAP integration tools is a plus (SAP SLT, SAP BODS, SAP CI DS,Etc.
