Overview

The PGT MDG Associate Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the techno-functional integrity of the PGT MDG (Master Data Governance) solution. This role will be focused on BP-Customer & Vendor domain areas. This role will report to the PGT MDG Sr. Platform Lead and will partner with the PGT Data Solutions Design team to ensure that the MDG Platform supports the business requirements in a scalable and effective manner. This role will support the PGT deployment project teams, System Integrators (including SAP) and DevSecOps teams to ensure the success of those projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

Contribute to implementation projects in accordance with PepsiCo’s Global Template (PGT) methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well-coordinated and aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture.

·  Align with the technical/ functional direction set by the MDG Sr. Platform Lead for the overall MDG solution architecture, defining the component architecture, reviewing detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture across the complete data lifecycle.

·  Provide Business Partner-Customer/Vendor functional expertise consulting including relevant SAP S/4 HANA Business partner master data design.

·  Support execution of MDG System Refreshes and SAP Upgrades, which includes activities such as establishing connectivity and sensitive data controls.

·  Work with project deployment and sustain teams to support performance testing that meets the business requirements of PepsiCo’s enterprise volume and scale, including inbound and outbound interfaces, cross-referencing and mass data processing.

·  Partner with the PGT technical team to cover platform change management, including the monitoring of OSS Notes and RICEF changes impact on the platform.

·  Provide feedback and input to improve and optimize End to End SAP Master Data Governance data maintenance / business processes.

Qualifications

·  4 to 5 years of experience working in a technology role supporting SAP deployment projects (S/4HANA experience preferred).
·  1 to 3 years of experience in Master Data Management & Data Governance.

Technical skills

·  Strong experience in Supporting /implementing and integration of SAP MDG solutions for various data domains like Vendor & Customer.
·  Strong Functional knowledge of one or more core areas of CVI and standard design configuration mainly focused on Business Partner (including Customer and Vendor).
·  SAP Master Data design principles and key concepts of master data governance and MDG hub architecture in a global / multi-national organization.
·  Solid understanding of key SAP MDG concepts – Data Modelling, UI Modelling, Process Modelling, Governance Process, Mass Processing, DRF, DIF, and Data Quality.
·  Strong Knowledge of Key Mapping, Value Mapping, Process Model configurations, replication model configurations, country-specific checks, Partner profiles, workflow configurations.
·  Hands on experience in ABAP Development and debugging of code to troubleshoot problems.
