Your mission:
In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal Data Management and Data Visualization to support the roll-out of successful sales strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Analytics and Marketing Teams to create a solid data streamline and to provide valuable insight to support the decision-making of Sales and Marketing Directors. Lastly, your ability to collaborate, organize, prioritize and execute will directly impact our Brand’s visibility, sales and customers experience
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
Performance Reporting
· Responsible for the Data Management, Flow, Cleansing and Visualization of Sales Performance
· Countries in scope – SWE – Spain, Portugal and Italy. Categories in Scope – Snacks, Beverages, Nutrition
· Responsible for data visualization of top PepsiCo Brands Evolution like Pepsi, Lays and Doritos across channels, categories and customers
· Run ad-hoc analysis with comprehensive information such as Volumes, Net Revenue, Performance Vs Target to understand “bottle necks”, strengths and opportunities of the market
· Responsible for the Scorecards development, refresh and delivery per channel and/or client
· Promote the “zero touch” automation of the scorecards for a live data visualization (Power BI)
· Support the Key Account Manager with data to develop winning negotiation strategies with the customers
· Be the critical asset of the Team for what concerns data management and visualization
· Support the Team Manager with Data Visualization for presentations to the Sr. Leadership
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and Power BI for dashboard development.
· Fluency in both English and Spanish
· Ability to build strong relationships with Business Partners across various channels.
· Effective Communication skills.
· High proactivity and responsiveness as well as attention to detail
