We are looking for a Sales Finance Assoc Supervisor to join our Finance team in Istanbul. Directly report to Revenue Governance Manager.

Responsibilities

·  Enable Beverage net revenue planning process with financial KPIs and reports
·  Lead governance of AOP / PxF FCST process for all channelsteaming up with SF governance teams
·  Analyze and present channel NR performance KPIs and send detailed self-explanatory report to SF director, consolidates course correction actions if necessary
·  Consolidate and prepare commercial plan of all channels for Beverages and enable correct NR FCST
·  Build, track budget realizations for D&A and ensure budget activations are inline w/ FCST&AOP
·  Ensure consolidation of accurate and timely channel based net revenue plan
·  Ensure governance for NRR and Volume
·  Ensure the validity and sustainability of beverage database
·  Provide consolidation of accurate and  timely beverage category net revenue plan
·  Must keep pace with the constantly changing variables of the projects and adapt all documents to reflect these changes and also make sure all stakeholders are in line with the updated information
·  Provide performance visibility and tracking in channel detail
·  Enable financial KPIs, process and reports for measuring the effectiveness and control of the channels performance
·  Organized meeting with execution team, ensure current/ accurate information in Commercial plan (list price, SDV, TPR), maintenance of inter-channel SDV index report
·  Follow AB meeting notes and gate approves for NPD to get approved execution conditions
·  Define list price / SDV  and parameters of production in Oracle system for new product
Qualifications

·  Applicant must be credible in Sales/commercial finance and profitability management.
·  3-4 years finance/ commercial finance experience
·  Strong collaboration capability, problem solving, good understanding of data
·  Experience in sales finance/NRM/ P&L competency / channel profitability management.
·  Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines
·  Commercial Acumen –Commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease, including strong analytical skills
·  Self starter – able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
·  Fluency in English& Turkish
·  Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
