Your mission:

In this role you will provide clear insights and commercial analysis regarding volume, trends, price realization and margins performance, to ensure business sustainability while shaping the success of Foods & Beverage Business channels. To achieve this, you will set the strategic agendas, conduct in-depth profitability analyses, and prepare business cases for sustainability.

Additionally, you will provide high-quality forecasting accuracy and collaborate on ACP/AOP processes to enhance decision-making process while collaborating with multiple departments within the business.

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

·  Assist in setting the agenda for Foods & Beverage Business channels to ensure the deployment of strategy and Master Way of Working.
·  Develop and construct fundamental channel and way-to-market profitability cubes, conducting an in-depth analysis.
·  Prepare business cases to ensure the profitability and sustainability of channels, providing high quality forecasting accuracy by collecting inputs from markt insights and internal functions
·  Support the Commercial team by providing feedback on the performance of commercial initiatives.
·  Collaborate in the ACP (Annual Company Plan)/AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process, ensuring accurate splits by customer/brand/packs and availability of information in Sales Statistic/Reporting Systems.
·  Provide a consolidated view from all channel clusters, enhancing strategic decision-making.
·  Collaborate with the Revenue Management Strategy team to define initiatives and commercial policies that facilitate the accomplishment of AOP targets. Develop detailed tracking/scorecards for NRM governance processes and monitor various aspects, including promotional initiatives, RSP (Recommended Selling Price) evolution, net price evolution by market, channel, and pack type, as well as trade spend budget analysis.
Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

 

·  +3 years of experience in a similar function with knowledge of both Sales and Comercialization
·  Analytical skills, abstract thinking and strategic vision 
·  Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
·  Capacity to influence others to act, to gain commitment & agreement.
·  Ability to navigate intricate situations with swift intelligence, showcasing quick thinking to prioritize and deliver actionable, pragmatic solutions.
