Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support for the Kelowna Team while;

·  Create a welcoming and warm environment for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors
·  Building, organizing, and distributing POS
·  Coordinating between multiple departments
·  Assist in company specific initiatives
·  Assist in location specific initiatives, including organizing employee events and liaising with internal and external service providers
·  Be proficient using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
·  Asset management
·  Merchandising in peak weeks
·  Vacation coverage for the front desk
Qualifications

·  Successful completion of high school diploma
·  Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative 
·  Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills
·  Ability to multi-task is essential
·  Attention to detail and organizational skills
·  Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
