Job description

Responsibilities

·  Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the collection of delivery KPIs Accountabilities
·  Ensure orders are properly transferred
·  Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
·  Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
·  Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
·  Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
·  Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
·  Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
·  Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
·  Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans

Qualifications

·  Numerical ability

·  Bachelor Degree
·  1 year Experience in sales in FMCG company is a must. Role, Accountabilities, Measures and Skills
·  Very good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (Microsoft office, routing software)
·  Driving license is a must
