Overview

The Sales Capability Partner will contribute to driving the long-term growth of PepsiCo Foods products in the assigned region or channel; support Sales Strategy Senior Director in delivery and ensure the Sales Training AOP is done with effective and impacted business KPI results. He/She will participate in planning and be responsible for delivering, maintaining, tracking, and optimizing the learning systems for sales; cooperating with key stakeholders to ensure the regular training process such as Onboarding; sales capability dashboards, and some related sales toolkit. We require the Sales Capability Assistant Manager to be able to provide coaching to develop capability of hi-po/performance concern Sales Supervisor level and below.

Responsibilities

Training Plan and Implementation:

·  Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing insights into market conditions, resourcing, logistic requirements, and training activities budget.
·  Working closely with Sales Strategy Senior Director/Sales Capability Manager to follow up on the implementation plans for all sales cap initiatives as per AOP - Annual Operating Plan.
·  Assist Sales Strategy Senior Director and cooperate with Sales Capability Manager in training calendar management; Deliver/facilitate sales training with the appropriate training contents assigned while cooperating with the Sector/ and Vendors to enhance the quality of E-Learning platforms such as PEPU, and PSLP for the Sales Team in Vietnam.
·  Own and prepare the onboarding schedule for new sales Dept. hires (work closely with HRBP/DR/Sales Report Team). Support TDMs, and DRs as they are training and coaching their reports.
·  Collaborate in organizing and facilitating the training events; Sales academies and Dare Projects.

Training Materials/Toolset Building:

·  Contents Creation: The candidate will drive the creation, and updation of relevant and engaging content & and material in different formats (static, AV, etc.) either on their own or with the help of other sales team members, consultants/agencies, content developers, etc. Optimize exploitation and application of materials from PEPU, Global Learning Contents...for the Vietnamese sales team.
·  Tech & Digitization: The candidate will drive the adoption of new technology and digitization in the field of training & and capability development. The candidate will work on areas like (but not limited to) Learning Management Systems, Online Coaching, Assessment Systems, Gamification, AI & and analytics-based learning engines, etc.

Sales Capability Measurement and Reports:

·  Track the implementation after-sales training: include sales training report and dashboard management; for the assigned regions or NW projects.
·  Track best practices results (process measures, performance KPIs, etc.).
·  Own and manage the Sales Toolkit below the Sales Capability Team's tasks and ensure the support of Sales on time with high quality.

  Other Improvement Tasks:

·  Commit in doing the Field Visit to get more business insights, identify development needs, and support to improve learning/ATU application and Work*With quality.
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree graduated.
·  Work Experience in FMCG Sales 2-3 yrs.
·  Strong interpersonal Communication Skills (English is required)
·  Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office, e.g PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and other work-related tools
·  Skills related to content development (Video Editing is preferred)
·  Work Experience in Sales Capability /Sales Training function for at least 2 years is a plus
·  Experience in managing Frontline sales in FMCG set-up is a plus
·  Excellent at inspirational communication/ influencing skill
·  Strong understanding of Sales Function with in-depth knowledge about Sales Operations
·  High impact Presentation & Facilitation training skills
·  Ability to align & motivate team
·  Good at coaching skill
·  Self-motivated
·  Using fluently Excel and understanding any E-learning system is preferred
·  Efficient in English writing & speaking
