Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Cluster and Turkey BU Commercial teams with key data management on field inventory and the T&E budget. Supplying relevant analysis on the data by Function, Channel, Category, Customer, Sales Employee and Sales Region against key deliverables. Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the Cluster Sales and Turkey BU Leadership teams, highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity.

Functional Responsibilities​

·  Support Cluster Commercial function with standard reporting and score carding against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests
·  Partner with Cluster Commercial Leadership and Turkey Commercial team to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making
·  Develop on-demand reports and scorecards delivering improved agility through the ease of access and enhanced visualisation
·  Extract Field inventory data from the system for all sales channels and trade marketing
·  Manage T&E budget – gain data from finance responsible, clean and organize data, report out regularly against targets, evaluate performance and provide recommendations by function/channel / regional teams and employee.
·  Present insights and recommendations to Cluster Sales Leadership and Turkey Commercial teams on a regular basis and in a clear, concise and professional manner
·  Support Commercial Analytics functional excellence, helping to evaluate new technologies to improve the capability of GBS service offering
·  Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Cluster Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Fluent English and Turkish with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering
·  Min. 1-year experience in Analytics & Reporting (preferably in FMCG company)
·  Strength in IT with the ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical tools, (AI an advantage)
·  Demonstrated experience with MS Excel & Commercial Analytics tools
·  Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
