PepsiCo is looking for an individual to join the team and build on our digital business presence.

You’ll be executing online promotional & operations plans for 2 OT customers, identifying opportunities & optimising our execution to deliver the strongest commercial return and ensuring the base performance is growing through delivering projects.

The Sainsbury’s and Waitrose eGrocery Account Manager will manage the online customer agenda, partnering across our commercial and online businesses to build and execute sales driving plans across the whole PepsiCo portfolio on .com and Rapid Delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

·  This role reports into the Sales Director for the customers and has a dotted line into the eGrocery Controller.
·  You’ll work internally & externally with sales & marketing teams to plan & deliver key initiatives.
·  You will build partnerships with customers so you can advise on ways to optimise the onsite experience to drive growth.
·  Work with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities, including Account Management, eCommerce. Marketing, eCommerce Strategy & Insights, Content Management and our UX research team.
·  Deliver brilliant basics across images, content, online events, online share of voice & product availability across 2 omnichannel customers and all their online platforms (including Rapid Delivery aggregators).
·  Develop and execute online promotional plans.
·  Generate performance scorecards to deliver insights of sales performance, optimising subsequent implementations based on learnings and share updates internally and externally.
·  Partner with our eCommerce Marketing team to land best-in-class execution which delivers our business and marketing objectives.
·  Manage the sponsored search strategy, identify opportunities, execute plans and review performance.
·  Support our agenda to integrate online into our wider omnichannel business, upskilling the wider team on eCommerce.
·  Manage operational relationships with the customer and internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications

·  Proven experience and a track record of driving sales performance within a B2C or B2B environment (Ecommerce experience preferred).
·  Builds fantastic customer relationships across multiple functions.
·  Strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce.
·  Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
·  Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.
·  Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.
·  Strong attention to detail and not afraid to get involved in every aspect of the account.
·  Effective time management – there will be numerous priorities across different stakeholders at the same time.
