Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY
Manage Revenue Management Foods strategic processes (Pack & Price, Price Architecture; Pricing and Innovation) in order to generate greater profitability, aligned with PBF Strategy, seeking to optimize market share, consumer and financial equation. Manage D&A Promo and Mix Management prosseses in order to improve Net Revenue Realization through greater promo efficiency and Portfolio Mix, aligned with Foods Pricing Strategy, seeking to optimize market share, costumer and financial equation.
YOUR IMPACT
· Lead Net Revenue sustainable growth, developing RM strategic plans: price architecture, pack & price, tactic naked price and innovation. Evaluate the financial impact and market share impact of those plans;
· Develop strong relationship with Trade MKT, Marketing and Finance Sr. Managers and Directors to improve the business sense and to increase the influence power of RM area;
· Provide analytical support and business recommendations based on findings and key consumer insights;
· Evolve RM strategy by analyzing tracking tools and developing dashboards;
· Lead and review Pricing Strategy material for multi-functional and ExCo meetings;
· Connect pricing strategies to S&OP, AOP and forecasting processes;
· Support annual pricing strategy by customer segmentation, format, channel, SKU based on the market situation, macroeconomic situation, and the business profitability indicators, in order to generate the highest profitability in the long term;
· Support decision-making by BU GMs regarding brand positioning, pricing, packaging with in-depth analysis that includes consumer insights, benchmarks, competitor insights, and internal financial indicators;
· Support channel development decision making regarding execution elements and Go To Market with in-depth analysis including consumer insights, benchmarks, competitor insights, and internal financial indicators.Translate price strategy into price tables and commercial conditions;
· Ensures alignment, development and governance of pricing processes: List price, Discounts On Invoice, Channel Harmonization;
· Simplify and boost pricing communication strategy aligned with stakeholders (Sales Finance, GBS, Trade MKT);
· Ensure SRP execution through development of adequate SDVs by region, channe, SKU
· Define clear and detailed D&A Promo strategy and agenda with peer area Sales Finance in order to maximize promotional investments CID (Cost of Incremental Dollar);
· Translate D&A Promo Strategy in clear Promo Communication material (Promo Menu) to be shared with key stakeholders (Sales Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing);
· Align Salty D&A Promo forecast, along with Sales Finance Team, with multi-funcioanl team through S&OP/AOP process;
· Evaluate the financial impact and market share of the Salty D&A Promo initiatives;
· Keep an active detailed tracking of all Salty promotional activities through sellout results;
· Optimize Salty Promotional investments PVC (Promo Value Creation) by SKU, Region, Channel (total Brazil);
· Lead Salty portfolio mix optimization process by SKU, channel, region in order to make the category more profitable, aligned closely with DX (Trade Marketing) team;
· Translate portfolio analysis output in action plans, aligned with key stakeholders (Supply, Category Finance, Sales Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing).
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Experience in RM, Pricing and Finance;
· Net Revenue Management strategy and operating experience;
· Proven ability to formulate pricing D&A Promo strategies that enhance customers and PepsiCo profitability, fully dominating ROI calculation;
· Proven experience in consumer packaged goods and/or strategy consulting;
· Influencing skills – demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at senior level;
· Demonstrate the ability to cross-functionally gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations to drive profitability and growth;
· Strong analytical skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple source to drive decisions;
· Strategic thinking skills – ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution, including strong analytical and Excel skills.
