Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

PepsiCo is beginning a transformation journey within Workforce Management (WFM). With it’s global reach, the scale and impact to our frontline employees and leaders is significant, with an opportunity to continue to elevate the employee experience. We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time of evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability. 

This role will be responsible to provide reporting and analytics support to the Workforce Management program. This individual will closely partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop strategies for an effective and strategic use of the WFM analytics capabilities with the goal to enable data-driven decision making and ensuring the use of analytics delivers value to business.

 

Your Impact

 

As an Reporting & Analytics Analyst  your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Partner with cross functional stakeholders to create, sustain and evolve meaningful insights using Dimensions embedded analytics capabilities and other available internal technology (Power BI)
·  Contribute to Dimensions system and pay code design principles that maximizes the capabilities available within the embedded analytics capabilities within Dimensions
·  Establish data quality principles to ensure the integrity of the underlying data and analytics.
·  Work closely with Deployment Team and Training Lead to build competency of field supervisors, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders in utilizing analytics and insights to drive decision-making
·  Develop a scorecard to track key process adoption metrics and drive behavioral changes. Work with the deployment lead to create action plans to address sites with low adoption.
·  Support WFM team with data insights to present progress against key workforce management KPIs on all cross-functional & cross-divisional forums
·  Provide deep dive analysis and responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education

·  Bachelor’s Degree is required

Experience

·  2+ years of past relevant experience in reporting, analytics, transforming data into insights.
·  Experience working with workforce planning and operational KPI’s.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Ability to work collaboratively and influence others including cross-functional & leadership teams.
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Proficient with Microsoft office suite, advanced excel proficiency is a must.
·  Intermediate to advanced proficiency with PowerBI or any BI tool works.
