Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

Revise and validate FG's STO Distribution Plan proposed by BY for replenishment of FG to PepsiCo owned locations and maintain MyISCP parameters quality, while improving the regional network for product supply with the only objective of having adequate inventory levels in these facilities to meet market and sales needs.

 

Your Impact 

 

As Replanishment Planner your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Maintain Demand Satisfaction > 95% per item and validate gaps in locations
·  Maintain Rp Acceptance, RP Rp Acceptacne, RP Adherance > 95%.
·  Maintain adequate Inventory Levels in PepsiCo Owned Locations.
·  Revise and validate FG's STO Distribution Plan proposed by BY for replenishment of FG: Date, Item, Quantity, Tranport and Origin-Destination combination.
·  Generate daily and weekly Plannings Reports.
·  Manage Exceptions to FG's STO Distribution Plan.
·  Lead Data Analyist team on MyISCP parameters MOVE/RP parameterizations.
·  RP Exclusion Analysis.
·  Boost a balanced culture between supply priorities for all the sales distribution channels (executing actions)
·  Endorse a collaboration culture between sales, demand planning and supply planning teams to assure a service of excellence (accountable)
·  Clearly comprehend in a detailed way the supply chain key activities to correctly execute service priorities, identifying improvement areas with immediate action
·  Propose additional product shipments to maintain optimal inventories levels in distribution centers
·  Manage and authorize product stales in distribution centers together with Value Chain Control and Service Execution teams
·  Personalized follow up to special requirements from commercial teams (sales director, commercial strategy and controllership teams)
·  Follow up invetory levels and capacities of locations
·  Participate in weekly operative and cycle sales meeting with staff teams and divisional managers
·  Accelerate the decision making process with low freshness products with stales and obsoletes teams
·  Perform daily and weekly forecasting for produced and non-produced, including VIP adjustments

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?   

 

·  Portuguese required.
·  Required Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, international business or related).
·  2 years previous experience in Supply Chain or Sales
·  Skilled in the main softwares - Word, Excel(Advanced/Expert), Power Point (mandatory) , Power BI (Desireable)
·  Familiar with processes on conflicts resolution
·  Highly analytical and numerial, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.

·  Strong foundational understanding of supply chain for special customers constraints and operational effectiveness.
·  KPIs develope and follow up to ensure compliance with business indicators.

·  Innovation and improvement skills to optimize company proceseses with new solutions and ways of working.

·  Able to work extended hours as required by the business.
·  Multitasking
·  Attention to details

·  Skills: Work under pressure, proactive, easy to speak, adaptation to changes, follow-up, organized.
·  Skilled in SAP system operation.
