Job Description
This is a student job of 15h/week.
To support Regulatory affairs managers Nordics & DACH in ensuring compliance and in innovation for Foods & Beverages in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway; Sweden) & DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Support Regulatory affairs manager with regulatory compliance checks for the whole Nordic and DACH portfolio (Foods & Beverages):

Issue of labeling documentation and datasheets (distance selling information)
·
Artwork approval
·
Approval of marketing materials
·
Uploading and updating information in internal systems
·
Reviewing raw materials for compliance with regulations
·
Assist with supporting authorities & NGO’s requests
Establishing and updating list of existing portfolio
Support Regulatory affairs manager to provide regulatory and nutrition support for product innovation based on regulatory insights. In particular:

Labeling, advertising, marketing and other commercial communication
·
Develop due diligence dossiers and substantiation for products and their claims
·
If necessary, work with SRA Europe and internal nutritionists to obtain regulatory approvals for health claims
·
Support tracking of portfolio status based on internal nutritional criteria
Create overview of differences between national interpretation in the 8 countries
Provide Technical & Regulatory support to Consumer Services
Act as Regulatory Compliance Manager back-up point of contact for Nordics & DACH
Contribute with local views & experiences to Pepsico positions on specific issues as part of Europe Regulatory Network

Qualifications/Requirements
·
Good level professional qualification in Food Science or equalivent scientific discipline
Fluency in written and verbal Danish, Swedish or another Scandinavian language & English
Computer knowledge at user level
Knowledge of labeling and advertising/marketing rules, and focus on interpreting and applying them or very eager to learn.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization.
·
Strong enough to work in a challenging environment with many unexpected tasks, with 8 different markets and all categories.
·
Good at planning your time and keeping the overview.
·
Easy to work with; open, customer-oriented and adaptable.
·
Solution-oriented- we do not say “no”, but try to find solutions that all are happy with.
·
Ability to work independently, structured and carefully with focus on details.
·
Proactive self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player, dealing with uncertainty and complexity.
