Overview
Join Frito Lay as a Receiving Coordinator! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various aspects of our manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. The primary focus of the position is to provide support for the MIM (Make, Inventory, Move) process, inventory management, and related activities.
Working Schedule:
1st Shift
Tuesday-Saturday 7am - 3 pm.
Responsibilities
· Support MIM process including inventory counts.
· Responsible for Seasoning calculator.
· Responsible for Warehouse organization (FIFO).
· Back up to Potato ordering and all raw material receiving.
· Support and manage rail switch operations.
· Manage and support Inside RCVG areas & WHSE areas cleaning with SX and ENV teams.
· Maintaining receiving AIB readiness
· Support daily communication with service/procurement/management teams on all raw materials.
· Proficient computer skills
· Certified forklift operator and support material handlers as necessary.
· Manage and order TM supplies.
· Update department TM regulatory training with SX, ENV and Quality teams
Additional requirements:
· Support department training program
· Back up coordinator vacations
· Perform basic math calculations.
· Excellent prioritization and organization skills
· Ability to solve daily issues and communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and meet climbing requirements.
· All other duties assigned by Management
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $57,950 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· High School Diploma required
· Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
· Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
· Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Able to Instruct and Teach Others
· Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
· Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
· Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
· Oracle or SAP
· Excel
