Job description
Overview
· Provides day-to-day deliverables on behalf of Data & Digital Solutions Adopt & Sustain for R&D Systems--Troubleshooting, Training, Consulting, Data Implementation, and Testing. Leverages Regional business category experience and networks (TDC/Product Development/Supply Chain/IT) and represents Data & Digital Solution--Adopt & Sustain Team in delivering Global Strategies for Global R&D business processes and IT--enabling system initiatives in AMESA and APAC (e.g., CAST, DELTA, MyInnovation, and PLM program).
· Provides consultation, analysis, assessment, and recommendations to business partners. Collaborates on digital transformation strategy and supports enhancements to existing systems’ capability, while consulting to design future systems and business processes.
Responsibilities
· Manage business relationship with Global Business Service team (GBS).
· Manage regional implementation of Global Strategic Projects e.g., CAST, DELTA, PLM, My Innovation.
· Manage system maintenance and enhancements.
· Deliver complex, cross-functional, cross-regional business projects.
· Coordinate and supervise team’s daily activities while delivering on SLA’s.
· Develop and maintain capabilities ensuring business continuity and speed-to-market.
· Collaborate with IT to assess and implement changes from key customers, including updates from Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Food Safety, Measurement Sciences and Product Development.
· Comfortable and effective in networking and interacting with levels of the organization above and below their level.
Qualifications
Required:
· Educational Experience : Bachelor’s degree with related experience.
· Demonstrable training, coaching, and/or facilitation skills/experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
· Proficiency in Azure DevOps
· Proficiency in Agile SAFE Methodology
Desired:
· Food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry experience/database management (i.e., Oracle, SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SharePoint, Documentum, ProductVision).
· Project management experience (certification or on-the-job training)
· System/software implementation including user acceptance testing experience
· Proficiency in change management
Travel:
· Less than 5% travel (domestic and international—Europe, US, Africa).
