We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to join our Production team (based) in Adana.

Responsibilities

 

·  Manage plant resources in the right way
·  Supply customer demand on time and manufacture the planned volume on the right time and right amount by making necessary organizational planning in the processing and packaging area
·  Operate the production lines and manage the frontline employees in compliance with GMP rules
·  Make observations on production lines, frontline employees, and equipments during the shift and make directions to the team where needed
·  Prepare working plan in accordance to the production schedule, plan and track the timing for working and break periods
·  Enable production in accordance with the food safety and environmental health & safety standards, obey the plant rules
·  Track the KPIs for the team and improve their performance
·  Observe, evaluate and give feedbacks to the team about their performance regularly. Apply any precautions to develop the team
·  Evaluate the business results with the team by making regular team meetings, inform the team about any updates, precautions, actions etc.
·  Plan and execute the annual vacation plans for employees
·  Enable communication between the teams
·  Support related departments for new product trials
·  Determine repair and maintenance necessities for the production lines and enable support from related departments by using PepsiCo tools
·  Enable, track and evaluate the team activities to be in compliance with the GEHSMS, ISO 14001 EMS, FSSC SOPs and procedures
·  To take the accountability for all the plant area as the leader except the day shifts (when other managers are in the plant)
·  Enable quick adaptation for the new comer front line employees in the team to complete machine operational trainings (both classroom trainings and OJTs)
·  Take the leadership for 4 hours QCDM meetings and support Lean manufacturing processes

 

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree in faculty of engineering (Electric/electronics eng. & mechanical eng. preferred)
·  Fluent English skills (both verbal & writing)
·  No military obligation for male candidates
·  Working in 3 shifts/day base
