We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Quakers Oats Team as Production Frontline Manager . The successful candidate will be able to Supervise staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.

Responsibilities

About the Role

·  Communicates job expectations, monitors job results, and coaches employees to accomplish manufacturing staff results.
·  Maintains staff by recruiting, training, and providing personal growth opportunities.
·  Monitors work flow, implements cost reductions, and fosters cooperation within and between departments.
·  Completes production plan, establishes priorities, and resolves problems to ensure work results are accomplished.
·  Establishes and enforces organization standards to maintain quality service.
·  Provides manufacturing information, analyzes data, and initiates change to improve systems and procedures.
