Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

Responsible for the furthering of the transformation and digitalization of Procurement Finance processes through the collaboration across functional teams. Set and execute a mid/long-term agenda for Pep + Sustainability agenda while simultaneously harmonize best practices across LATAM’s suppliers.

 

Your Impact

As Procurement Finance Indirects Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of …

·  Set and track the mid/long-term agenda for Sustainabitly in order to achieve internal targets for the sector (executing actions)
·  Engage with suppliers to start developing end-to-end processes to exponentially further the sustainability agenda (being informed)
·  Collaborate with subject-matter-experts on the development of tools (PBI, Queries, Alteryx, Mosaic) for the automation of processes in LATAM (executing actions)
·  Guide—through the understanding of Procurement Finance processes—the development of tools and processes in order to completely standardize: 1) the input throughput, 2) the calculation, 3) the output throughput, and 4) the visualization of data (providing consultation)
·  Ensure the timely adoption of PGT processes for LATAM which should align the sector to Corporate’s standardize processes (making decision)
·  Perform benchmarking analyses to understand tools available in the industry that could result in benefits in efficiency rates, NOPBT savings, or time reduction for the business (being informed)
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

·  BA in Finance / Engineering / Economics / Administration
·  2-3 years of experience in Finance/ Supply Chain/ Operations roles
·  Usage and knowledge of the Microsoft tools and PowerBI/SQL/VBA
·  Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
·  Strong interpersonal and communications skills
·  Persuasive & focused communications to enable management decisions
·  Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
·  Ability to function well in a multi-cultural team environment via remote communication
·  Continuous process improvement to simplify and automate deliverables
·  Analyze and anticipate performance trends and external events; provide recommendations to drive business results
·  Provide timely and accurate information for management reporting; generate insightful and significant business analyses
·  Strong collaboration/matrix management.
