Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Pay Rate: $32.83/hour

 

The PepsiCo Equipment Service Move Technician contributes to the success of PBC by executing installation of new and used equipment for new and existing customers to PepsiCo.  In addition to installation and pickup of equipment, the move technician will assist in the field and in the shop performing preventative maintenance and prep work to ensure PepsiCo and Customer owned assets are in great working condition.

Responsibilities

·  Perform installation of PES equipment and preventative maintenance (fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB’s, Icemakers, etc.) in trade and in shop.
·  Delivery and delivery assistance of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
·  Preparation of marketing equipment
·  Equipment inventory maintenance
·  Perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers’ service requirements consistent with “Schoox”
·  Working hours subject to change; start times may vary and must be available for overnight stays and weekends
Qualifications

·  High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
·  Valid driving license- Class 1 required, air endorsement preferred
·  Strong customer service orientation & communication skills
·  Applicants external to PES Department must complete and pass mechanical and aptitude testing
·  Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy loads up to 100 lbs
·  Preference will be given to those with experience working with soft drink dispensing equipment and or certification in Small Appliance Repair and/or Refrigeration.
