Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for executing the People Cost agenda for Latam HQ through AOP construction & monthly forecasts. This position collaborates with HR, FP&A, Control & Reporting & functional teams across Latam to ensure operating plan is met in throughout the year.  Also, this role is responsible for maintaining the financial cost structure alongside HR Ops and Org Design within Latam HQ.

 

Your Impact  

As TR People Cost Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Lead AOP agenda and calendar with HRBPs for accurate integrationg of organizational designs and future year development plans.
·  Develop and deliver to FP&A the Latam HQ AOP with input from HR, local TR teams, Global Mobility with specified building blocks and detailed account.
·  Design ad hoc Cost of Change (COCH) analysis of real expenditure versus plan to identify key drivers of year over year growth (Functional budgeteers and HRBPs).
·  Regulate and adjust monthly forecasts with headcount movements to ensure budget is optimized and adjusted to Forex impacts.
·  Develop a scorecard to give visibility of people cost performance by month to HR, TR and Finance leaders.
·  Define and adjust Latam HQ Bonus Accruals for Control team with explanations of changes to monthly actuals in Latam’s P&L accounts.
·  Lead account conciliation after bonus payout for Latam HQ and supporting peer business units with respective cross charges (Fall in/Fall Out accounting process).
·  Assesses the cost impact of changing requirements on Latam structure design and makes recommendations to create value (HR, Finance, Relocations).
·  Support HRBPs in talent moves to ensure an effective payroll process providing cost center & basic position guidance.
·  Provide POps Backoffice team with accurate and timely requests for system changes and updates.
·  Ensures seamless alignment of local compensation processes & policies which impact people cost.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

·  College degree in relevant discipline desired.
·  3+ years relevant Compensation or finance experience (costing/budget management/salary planning).
·  Analitical Skills
·  Advanced Excel
·  Intermediate fluency in English
·  Strategic thinking and ability to set strategic priorities/objectives.
·  Ability to translate business context/needs into cost impacts/ value creation.
·  End-to-end Process design, development and maintenance.
·  Consultative skills – partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs.
