Overview

PBNA Sector CIO Digital Solutions & Product IT Lead will provide sector leadership for digital solutions, innovation, automation, web application and integration strategies for PBNA. The objective of this role is to manage the Exploration/Engineering product scrums and Digital Solution DevSecOps group to plan, build, test, deploy and operate digital products portfolio. The role includes identifying opportunities for unlock digital innovations, automate end-to-end business process, create rich user-experience applications with predictive alerts and intelligent response supported by robust operational excellence, sector integration solutions and comprehensive controls for digital products as part of the PBNA application roadmap.

The role will also accelerate Digital Software Engineering delivery for PBNA and collaborate with CTO on platforms and Global S&T team to leverage the right architecture roadmap for PBNA products. This includes sustain, security, controls, maintenance, governance of the digital product services across PBNA sector. Accountability includes coordinating across Agile product scrums, functional organizations and external parties that provide the above listed five services and is accountable for driving business value / productivity.

This role:

·  provides interim business process automation for strategic programs like PGT, Savvy, NRM to keep costs low for PEP from change management and productivity standpoint.
·  owns a strong portfolio of 200+ automation bots and enables citizen development for hybrid technical teams.
·  explores new business concepts, digital solutions to evaluate value proposition, integration complexity and fit within the long-term transformation roadmap.
·  owns sector integration solutions from concept to sustain for PBNA using Enterprise Application Integration Platform.
·  owns sector solutions for IOT products to enable intelligent response and connected ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Accountability includes leading highly complex technical solutions like multi-bot architecture, EAIP integration patterns, digital twin AR/VR capabilities for PBNA and sustain of large portfolio of digital products to provide operational excellence, controls compliance and security standards adherence, management, and delivery of PBNA digital solutions and product services including:

Innovation & IOT

·  Business engagement within Supply Chain, Commercial, Foodservice and Finance functions and perform product requirements analysis.
·  Build, evaluate innovation products by understanding the business case in partnership with business leads, assess and certify for Security assessments, liaise with GP and EA teams to secure alignments.
·  Partner with Global R&D, NA Value Chain Transformation team to assess solution – buy vs. build to ensure integration with long-term PBNA strategic roadmap.
·  Conduct field tests to certify readiness for NRO.
·  Lead team of contractors to provide comprehensive support for technologies including Image Recognition, IOT, AR/VR (Digital Twin), etc.

Hyper Automations

·  Business engagement within Supply Chain, Commercial, Foodservice and Finance functions perform product requirements analysis.
·  Define and propose conceptual solution design to secure sponsorship and investment towards delivery.
·  Align on product features and roadmap based on detailed business process analysis.
·  Drive digital product management for business process hyper automation products.
·  Coordinate with different cross functional teams in IT to ensure operational system stability and integration resilience.
·  Map and document user persona journeys and Process maps, identify and resolve dependencies on value stream.
·  Own all facets of projects including project estimates, management, development & implementation.
·  Support and drive end user trainings, adoption, hyper care, rollouts.

 Digital Software Engineering

·  The scope of digital software engineering spans the product lifecycle, including the concept phase to planning, through design, production, and monitoring products (including built infrastructure) over the service lifecycle.
·  Accountable for technical engineering of web applications with predictive alerts and intelligent response capabilities, micro-services-based (API) integration products.
·  Lead the technical and functional design of the digital products.
·  Design the end-to-end architecture pattern, interfaces for scalability.
·  Partner with CTO Platform and 3rd Party vendor teams to resolve technical roadblocks to ensure resilience within products

Digital DevSecOps

·  Accountable for comprehensive DevOps support upon transition from delivery/engineering team leveraging ITSM processes.
·  Support critical business events (AOP Planning*, Week53, Year-end processing, Re-orgs, etc.)
·  Supervise/partner with operations on day-to-day sustain activities including proactive monitoring, issue/incident resolution, communications, and maintenance (hygiene) tasks.
·  Review weekly progress on stability and ensure business SLAs are met.
·  Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements for the Digital products.
·  Support critical platform releases from CTO and Enterprise Solution, information security upgrades and control/audits.
Qualifications

·  Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent with program management, process analysis, requirements gathering and programming background.
·  Minimum 15+ years of industry experiences
·  Minimum 5+ years of development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts
·  Minimum 5+ year experience in project management and product management
·  2+ years of relevant hands-on automation experience using Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and or UI Path
·  Experience in leading agile team to deliver Innovation and Automation digital products for PBNA.
·  Work closely with Sr. business partners to champion sponsorship for innovation and automation capabilities, build a digital product roadmap for PBNA.
·  Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance of new automation development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and controls.
·  Actively implement agile development methodology (i.e., SAFe Agile) for digital product lifecycle.
·  Conceptual selling and build trust within PBNA functions on digital capability roadmap and strategy.
·  Oversee various responsibilities of program initiatives for deliveries, platform and sustain.
·  Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process.
·  Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
·  Provide leadership, oversight, mentorship, and guidance to development managers for initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
·  Lead the preparation and presentation of materials to senior leadership.
·  Comprehensive finance management to ensure seamless forecast process and support AOP phase.
Compensation and Benefits:
·  The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 - $226,600 based on a full-time schedule. 
·  Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
·  Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out Annually.
·  And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. 
·  Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. 
·  Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
