We are looking for a Order Management Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul. Directly report to SC Cust Svc Assoc Manager.

Responsibilities

·  Liaise between the customer and Pepsico for order and order fulfilment related issues .
·  Ensuring robust and effective order processing methods as well as development of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with the clients.
·  Optimize order lead times of customer and to drive supply chain productivity agenda .
·  Review weekly and monthly service level with the customers and also clarify and align reason codes of losses.
·  Focusing on client satisfaction and escalation of issues until resolved.
·  Driving service excellence through customer service team in order to meet or exceed customer expectations
·  Customer facing as first point of contact representing PepsiCo order management .
·  Deal with customer order related issues or problems by communicating internal & external stakeholders.
·  Check stockout availability or credit limit issues and alert the system if needed.
·  Act as co-owner of in-out or cashier activity’s supply chain processes.
·  Ensuring effective follow-ups customer logistic conditions and pallet returns/write offs .
·  Focusing on GTM strategy and support the project.
Qualifications

·  4 years university graduate preferred
·  Preferably fluent in English
·  Customer service or facing experience or similar business experience preffered
·  Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
·  Customer service level and E2E route cause analysis knowledge both technically and in practice
·  Expertise in Oracle, Pepsell (sales ERP) and its reporting tools such as BI (business Object)
·  Have a knowledge of FMCG distribution models
·  Competent in order capturing methods for instance B2B, EDI etc…
