Overview
The Transformation Analyst (Training) for the Change Management Center of Excellence (COE) for PBNA/PQGC PGT is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of responsibilities. The individual in this high-visibility role will support the execution of various change management training activities, e.g., communications, curriculum organization, LMS management, metrics and reporting, etc., related to a major multi-year systems implementation initiative, making change digestible to a diverse population by focusing on employee learning experience.
Responsibilities
· Contribute to the execution of training deliverables as outlined by the training plan, enabling business teams to develop skills and abilities to enhance performance and successfully adopt transformational system, process, and organizational changes.
· As a member of the Change Management COE training team, understand the learning and development needs and support training requests and related activities for key stakeholders and broader audiences, through the Training SPA Box and other intake tools.
· Partner with OCM COE communications, project and business teams to effectively communicate training program information across the organization, from plant personnel to executive audiences.
· Administer and maintain a variety of learning platforms and technologies including but not limited to, Schoox LMS Curriculum, Assima, Training App/Hub tools, Team collaboration sites and intranet for training course/information/document repository.
· Track training completion metrics to measure effectiveness and progress against objectives to inform further change program adoption and training ROI.
· High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate through a variety of vehicles – emails, presentations, infographics, etc.
· Exceptional time management, project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work in a highly matrixed global project environment while balancing multiple priorities.
· Resourceful with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to embrace ambiguity and to be nimble given shifting priorities, challenging business landscape, and demanding user needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,700 - $103,250 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years training experience; administration, user centric communications.
· Hands-on experience and proficiency with Learning Management Systems/Databases/Intranets.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills.
