Job description

Обязанности:

1.       Define Commercial Strategy

·  Develop and lead a commercial strategy for the Uzbek market in order to ensure quality execution and achieve the goals of business sales growth.
·  Ensure together with the local team to achieve business objectives through active cooperation with partners of the company.
·  Identify and bring to Uzbekistan the global best practices (industry, internal and global) and innovative thinking to effectively manage sales processes and systems across all channels/regions
·  Contribute to GTM sales strategy development and AOP processes

2.       Execute Commercial & Operational Plans

·  Propose, prepare & communicate Commercial Agenda within the local team and partners; identify existing gaps and development opportunities, recommend and execute corrective action plans and development solutions.
·  Develop and manage assessment of business growth opportunities.
·  Develop, implement & enhance new processes, approaches & tools to support sales and organization development.
·  Manage execution of initiatives calendar based on business priorities in order to achieve business acceleration and gain the market share.
·  Control Working Processes, Methods, Programs implementation and execution quality in order to enhance business sustainability

  3.       Support Localization and multifunctional projects

·  Active engagement and support in the framework of localization plan the projects to ensure success of the projects.
·  Work together within multifunctional teams, prepare and implement step plans in order to ensure projects roll out.
·  Build up, support & execute solid communication platform with other functions to become integral part of the Company
·  Establish close working relationship with Supply chain team to ensure consistent interaction & mutual support in productivity agenda realization and operations effectivness.
·  Effective building working relationship with the Finance team in order to protect profit, investment efficiency, interaction with partners of the company.

4.       People Management

·  Develop an effective organization design across each subfunctional stream to support multiple stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
·  Select and build a team of highly qualified professionals to deliver PepsiCo’s commercial agenda. Manage & develop team: align their monthly agenda; review results on weekly basis; provide regular coaching & assessment. Build and develop sustainable leadership talent pipeline, ensures the organization embeds unified PepsiCo Culture and Values.
·  Ensure achievement of short-term and medium-term objectives of the department based on building a highly-qualified team of people, their development and training, creating a positive working climate and effective organization of the working process according to legal and local regulations and corporate policies and practices of company.
·  Identify, create and leverage cross-functional partnerships (Sales, DX, Finance, Insights, Marketing, HR etc) where needed 

5.       Planning and budgeting

In line with the Company’s policies ensures development annual business plan as well as the budgets, and monitors its fulfillment in order to plan sufficient resources required for the targets realization.  

6.       Policies and Procedures/ Methodology

Manage the development and introduction of policies and procedures to unify the applied approaches to reporting as well as ensure the achievement of corporate goals in the above areas.

7.   Internal Communications

 Establish at the required level and provide further development of interaction and cooperation processes with other departments within the Company to receive the timely support in order to realize business plans.

·  Experience in sales or personnel management for over 7 years;
·   Confident user of MS Office;
·  Ability to work with a large amount of information;
·  Understanding of PepsiCo business;
·  Good understanding of categories, products and distribution channels;
·  Knowledge regarding market, competitors and positioning against competition;
·  Managerial and leadership skills;
·  Negotiation skills;
·  Facilitation skills;
·  Strong interpersonal skills;
·  Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment.
