Job description
Overview
· Take charge of R&M execution and technical support to all Agro GCR self –farms ,co- farms and contract farms through timely R&M field service support, Agro equipment specification design, spare parts order ,supply and localization, self-made implements based on agronomy requirement, automatic & productivity project conduction to make sure the effectiveness and efficiency of farms normal operation.
· Key leader to drive equipment upgrade & improvement projects to benefit potato quality improvement
· Drive R&M organization and management system and responsible for R&M training program
· Control R&M cost and spare parts inventory within AOP budget
Responsibilities
· Control Agro R&M budge target within AOP
· Manage Agro national self- farms, co-farms and strategy contractors’ equipment maintenance schedule and repair by supervise & guide project R&M activities and required import spare parts order & follow up.
· Drive spare parts localization –plan, execution, summary to reduce R&M COST
· Execute and follow Agro fixed –assets and spare parts SOP to supervise self-farming on fixed assets & spare parts management-FA movement requests & pats inventory adjustment and control Develop & coach Farms chief mechanics to enable them carrying out daily R&M operation and general trouble shooting
· Support to develop a long-term Capex investment plan according to long-term Agro strategy (potato and rotation) by providing equipment specifications & configuration, equipment resourcing
· Support to develop Agro sustainability grow model on right equipment supply
· Complete R&M annual KPI
· Take charge of Agro R&M training center operation ,
· Monitor and manage the effectiveness and efficiency of equipment running & deliver equipment movement plan
· Develop and instigate Repairs and Maintenance system that records and tracks individual asset usage and servicing recording
Qualifications
· University degree, major in Agricultural equipment
· Practical repair experience with agricultural tractor equipment no less than 10 years
· Equipment evaluation and benchmarking skill
· Knowing the equipment market
· Strong cost analysis skill
· Strong negotiation and purchasing skills
· Knowledge of international purchasing and shipment
· Strong ability to motivate, influence others, coach/develop direct reports/direct equipment team
· Excellent in communication
· Team commitment
· Results driven
· Trouble shooting skill (ability to foresee and avert project equipment constraints)
· Fluent Mandarin & English both in Oral and Written.
· Excellent computer skill in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
