Job description

Обязанности:

·  Identify and implement new technologies for business needs in collaboration with IT organization
·  Own governance of small automation and low code development
·  Orchestrate team workload to ensure projects delivery of projects objectives
·  Set up capabilities portfolio governance to ensure clear inventory of available system capabilities
·  Act as a partner with business leads in case of demand collection and prioritization
·  Manage development of team expertise 
·  Drive knowledge transfers to business KU 
·  Collaborate with sector and global team to leverage best practices of process automation Требования:

·  Higher Education in Computer Science– obligatory
·  Minimum 5 years of consulting/software development experience (Python, VBA, SQL) of realization relevant projects in similar size of organizations 
·  Successful experience of leading solution architecture stream or play senior developer role
·  Practical experience of development on MS technology stack
·  Overview or practical experience in data science area and data to information (Azure DL, Data Bricks, Power BI, Synapse)
·  Deep understanding of Process improvement & optimization standards and principles, methodologies and tools and key dependencies driven by business environment
·  Fluent in English and Russian
·  Ability to travel for business need
·  Strong analytical skills to identify root issues and convert complex problems into actionable and clear solutions, constructive challenger, with objective / unbiased attitude
·  Professional knowledge in functional areas: (project management standards and principles, methodologies, and toolsl; software products development life cycle; modelling and analysis of business processes.)
·  Understanding the SSC concept, approaches to the SSC creation and development.
·  Change management skill
·  Strong team manager to build functional expertise and talent
