Overview
The Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Analyst will be accountable for assisting the production planning and execution managers in execution of the PBNA ERP S/4 model for the PGT MAKE Process Area.
The chosen candidate should have background in principles of MRP, working knowledge of production planning, execution, reporting and analytics to support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across Bottling US and PBC Canada.
The role will support MRP and master data conversion efforts and will partner across the organization with the larger PBNA ERP project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM, PwC and SAP).
Responsibilities
The foundation of this role will be based on using the PBNA PGT S/4 MRP solution to support data readiness and solution sustainment for production processes across the organization to meet business objectives. The position will require the utilization & incorporation of MRP and manufacturing knowledge to help define business process and organizational impact in areas listed below but not limited to:
- Materials Requirement Planning
- Production Execution
- Data Readiness Validation and Conversion
· Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within MRP operations including JIT process, site readiness requirements, cutover validations, and deployment support
· Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution for MRP solutions and sustainment
· Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality of data and solution
· Support sector MRP team with S4 solution training and site process change impact
· Help with the execution and project deliverables for cutover and deployment data validations at site level
· Provide support for hyper care and sustainment teams
· Lead change management, as well as help with developing end user training
· Support MRP processes via data input & coordination required for master data conversion.
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 3-5 years with MRP experience in an operating and/or planning support capacity with strong knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) processes
· Strong process orientation skills with understanding of Production Planning and Execution End-to-End methodology
· Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions; Able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practice
