Job description
Overview
This Warehouse Certifier Lead position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast paced warehouse operation.
Sunday - Thursday
Starting: 03:00 pm - until work is completed
Responsibilities
· Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
· Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
· Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
· Track each load accurately
· Accurately count all pallets
· Maintain pace of pallet configuration
· Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
· Identify priorities and coordinate resources
· Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
· Recommend process improvements
· Coordinate picker and loader team
· Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
· Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
· Other duties as Assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
•The expected compensation range for this position is between $48,000 - $64,050 per year based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications
· Open to a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
· Basic computer knowledge; ability to send and receive emails
