Join our team as a Merchandiser Team Lead, taking charge in a direct store delivery environment where you'll lead a team of frontline professionals to merchandise orders for key customers. Responsibilities
· Apply in-depth knowledge of merchandising principles to drive team productivity.
· Skillfully manage multiple priorities, effectively allocating resources across various accounts.
· Provide clear briefings to frontline employees on scheduling and delivery goals.
· Proactively anticipate potential customer issues and implement contingency plans to ensure satisfaction.
· Conduct training sessions using PBC processes and tools to enhance team capabilities.
· Demonstrate a keen understanding of cost per unit constraints while meeting customer needs.
· Foster a culture of teamwork, assisting employees in prioritizing tasks effectively.
· Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks strategically, and monitor progress closely.
· Set and communicate ambitious productivity and service targets, consistently measuring team performance for accountability
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
· Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
· Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
