Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Will be responsible to accompany, monitor and communicate the LATAM’s logistic temporary materials and POP agenda.
Support the execution agenda with the implementation and monitoring of the temporary materials process in LATAM, enabling processes and giving 360˚ visibility of logistics KPI´s for decision making, that allow connecting the strategy with the local needs, generating efficiencies throughout the process, In constant alignment with suppliers, local teams in each country, procurement, and design teams.
This will involve monitoring 650 purchase orders placed with 20 suppliers that will manufacture nearly 250 SKUs to be sent to 17 countries, with an investment close to $10 MMUSD and support the productivity agenda with $500 MUSD in year 1.
Your Impact
As Merchandising Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
· Accompany, coordinate and monitor from the creation of purchase orders for temporary materials and POP until their final delivery at the point of sale or DC’s in each country.
· Build, consolidate and analyze the merchandising scorecard for temporary materiales and POP of its area of influence giving visibility of opportunities and tacking actions to start and stabilize them, connecting with peers and local teams.
· Guarantee logistical traceability, through the creation, updating and monitoring of the playbook
· Accompany each country with the correct execution and timely delivery of each of the commercial initiatives to fulfill the building blocks associated with them.
· Constant alignment with the local teams of each country regarding delivery dates, changes, volumes and response of each of the suppliers.
· Develop the merchandising agenda for LATAM according to demand requirements in temporales materials.
· Find logistic productivity for temporary materials and POP in its area of influence, aligned to the E2E merchandising process and convert them into savings as an initiative leader
· Identifies regional sourcing opportunities temporary materiales to scale and ensure efficiencies.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
· Bachelor Degree: Industrial enginieer / business administrator
· Experience : 1-2 years of experience and managing multiple logistics projects.
· Minimum 2 years' work experience in related industries: Retail / Massive Consumption
· Excellent command of database and automations tools. Power BI is a plus
· Good command of English both verbal and written, needs to handle English conversation. Preferably some knowledge of Portuguese
