Overview
Primary Role:
· Support Field MEM operations, implementation leader and change agent. Liaison for the transition of the area move scheduling to insure a smooth transition and provide continued support to the area for Move scheduling after consolidation.
· Provide support of call dispatching system.
· Administrative support for compliance requirements related to GCS Controls, Inventory process, Asset Write Off process, DOT compliance, Payroll processing/compliance, ESI processing, Safety Support, project tracking, Org Health process lead and point of contact Open Order resolution.
Secondary Role:
· Provide back up support to the HUB Administrator and National Account Coordinator including vacation support.
Responsibilities
Implementation
· Support Field equipment Scheduling processes;
· Liaison between the MEM, MES, Sales Teams, the HUB and PESR Scheduling Team
· Weekly SIP participation
· Guide period inventory process; data entry, assist PEL resolution, and inventory control
· DOT compliance to include – VCR/Fleet service, Hours of service, DQF files, and safety
· Kronos Administrator – process payroll
· GCS compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking
· ESI Administrator – Insure the timely processing of all invoices
· Support new hire and onboarding process
· Coordinate period safety meeting, tracks compliance/records retention, and enters data into EZ track
· Track compliance with all special projects to insure timely completion
· CETS coaching and training support
· Support daily review of the dispatch grid (Continuous Dispatch) and Roster submissions.
· PCNA / ESM / Shared inventory process owner
· Support Telemetry and SPIRE communication requirements with CETS
· Support Organization Health meetings
· Backup support for the NAC and Hub Administrative Coordinator

· Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and field performance
· Ensure all facility documentation is complete and accurate. That all documents are maintained/filed according to records retention policies
· Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
· Strives for continuous improvement in daily work and willing to lead change in operational effectiveness
· Develop networks to ensure strong relationships exist between MEM and the selling teams
Administration
· SRTS and facility data entry, Paper Pick Up and Placement transactions, system data integrity entry
· Strong analytical skills and understanding of the Executional Requirements for the MEM Organization to provide reporting and support through the utilization of C.E.T.S. , Business Objects, Excel, MEM Dashboard, A.M.S. and CD tools.
· Serves as an information resource to others in the gathering MEM information and data as it relates through daily business execution, processes and initiatives. Inclusive of problem solving analysis related to Scorecard and Key Process Indicators.
· Supports field MEM and MES administrative requests
· Maintain technological skills to a level that ensure subject matter expertise in Microsoft Office products and MEM systems
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,800 - $63,450 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

· Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
· Manage emails, letters, and packages, and other forms of correspondence
· Support bookkeeping for the company

· Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so. Experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, or vending, is a strong asset
