Responsibilities

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Equipment Services by providing general administrative support for a PES location and branch locations.

·  Answer phones and greet visitors
·  Catalog and close purchase orders in Mybuy
·  Capital approval process entry
·  Payroll processing and attendance tracking
·  Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
·  Accounts Receivable Subject Matter Expert – research and action on AR Issues
·  Prepare and submit corporate card expense reports
·  Support leadership with new hire onboarding, uniform ordering
·  Provide cross-functional support
·  Assist and facilitate EHS and Safety training
·  Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·  Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers / suppliers
·  Demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness with a can-do attitude
·  Superior organizational abilities
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
·  Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Zoom
·  Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

 

·  The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,000 - $57,400 based on a full-time schedule.
·  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
·  Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or GED
·  Proficient with Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Word and Excel
·  1-year minimum administrative experience

Preferred Job Qualifications:  

·  Proficient with Microsoft Applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
