To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Lead. This role will lead and manage the delivery of best practice in the management of key areas of master data within ANZ BU, ensuring data quality through effective processes and controls, developing and maintaining data standards, monitoring compliance and driving consistency across the data domains.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Lead a review of MD processes and drive automation of repetitive low value tasks.
·  Leverage MD and business planning systems to develop reporting to evaluate data integrity and data quality
·  To lead the material, vendor and customer master data agenda for the business of ANZ BU
·  To develop and monitor key controls that will ensure the business maintains Material, Vendor and Customer master data that is of a high quality.
·  Be the Master Data SME for ANZ, set the team agenda, manage and develop the Master Data Stewards.
·  Drive compliance with Global Data Governance requirements in the market, including data standards, DQ rules, tools, processes, etc.
·  To provide insights, recommendations and solutions to support the business with its strategic agenda regarding manufacturing footprint and vendors
·  Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that master data team is prepared to accommodate changes for key business projects, contract renewals, pricing changes, innovations etc.
·  Promote continuous improvement efforts to optimize the E2E DMO process across the market and globally
·  Ensure that market DMO/DG and POD teams are properly staffed and trained to support business requirements
Qualifications

About you: 

·  Strong understanding of core business processes, controls and cross functional ways of working
·  Bachelor Degree or equivalent international qualification
·  Strong process implementation and management skills
·  Staff development management skills
·  Ability to drive outcomes through a team of direct reports
·  Strong data management skills with an understanding of how to achieve low error-rate
·  Experience in identification, design, implementation and execution of process control standards
·  At least 3-5 years relevant business experience and highly proficient in SAP or similar ERP system
·  Advanced knowledge of SAP transactional processing that this master data drives
