Job Overview:

This role will support the A&M Procurement agenda for SWE BU and is responsible for supporting the management of agency roster and optimization on Non-working A&M initiatives particularly in the area of agency fees, ad production & A&M reporting.

Responsibilities

·  This role will support the A&M Procurement agenda for SWE BU and is responsible for management of Preferred Supplier List and optimization on Non-working and Working A&M initiatives, particularly in the area of agency fees, ad production & A&M reporting.
·  Identify efficiency opportunities
·  Support brand teams in agency negotiations
·  Develop and maintain preferred supplier lists approved by the category leads and updated annually; socialize the use of the list by brand teams & track adherence
·  Partner with brand teams & legal to lead contracts with agency partners
·  Suppliers performance evaluation
·  Control owner for GCS P2P controls ( suppliers selection, contracts & TPDD)
·  Efficiencies tracking and alignment with stakeholders
·  Suppliers register and TPDD requests responsible.
·  Procurement support for other than SWE markets if needed
Qualifications

·  Minimum 1 years experience in procurement, ideally working in the field of advertising
·  Experience using best-in-class sourcing strategies specifically supplier evaluation, selection, performance reporting, contract negotiations, price inflation management & savings metrics is preferred
·  Bachelor’s Degree in any disciple.
·  Good communication skills and proficiency in English language
·  Fluent in Spanish language
·  Analytical skills, business accumen and knowledge of financial fundamentals
·  Capacity to build trustful relationships in all levels of organization
