Job description

PBNA $21.65 / hour after 90 days $24.66 / hour
The team member must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:
 
Actively support team concepts
Effectively communicate with team members.
Handle several tasks at the same time.
Attention to detail is critical.
Focus and be successful in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
Actively participate in CAPDO meetings and drumbeat activities
Be able to effectively run level 3 equipment such as blend, operate the filler/capper, tray packers, and labelers and/or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new equipment.
High School Diploma or GED
