We are looking for a Manufacturing & Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team based in Corlu/Tekirdag. The individual directly report to Plant Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities

·  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production
·  To carry out the material warehouse organization and manpower planning in coordination with the Production Manager and Central Planning team, to implement the approved organizational and manpower plans,
·  Ensuring the supply, stocking, distribution of all kinds of raw materials, inputs and other consumables and auxiliary materials used in production and keeping the records of these works,
·  Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
·  Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
·  Ensure all documentation to be recorded and kept completely, tidy and right way in the area of responsibility,
·  Determine and enable the training necessity for the plant personnel in EHS, quality, food safety, lean manufacturing etc.,
·  Attend projects, loss analysis, saving activities, lean manufacturing, kaizen events etc. and take active responsibility for the related subjects,
·  Attend EHS, quality, food safety systems workstreams and ensure to execute the actions in the area of responsibility,
·  Make Gemba tours in the area of responsibility to catch the abnormalities and take necessary actions,
·  Analyze downtime and breakdowns in production lines, ensure to take preventive actions in order not to repeat the same downtime and breakdowns
Qualifications

·  University Graduate, preferably Engineering.
·  Min 2 years of experience in SC.
·  Experience required in warehouse team management and planning.
·  English and Turkish fluency (both writing and verbal)
·  Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and inter-personal
·  Demonstrated leadership ability
·  Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
