Overview
· Act as Scrum Master (Servant Leader) to the Agile team
· Be the IT Owner driving the development and adoption of the analytics product for NRM partnering with the business.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro, in addition to collecting and providing relevant data and metrics.
· Ensuring the Agile boards is up to date showing latest details.
· Drive in maturity of Agile adoption within team
· Act as Servant Leader. Drives team discussion & collaboration, coaching agile principles and the continuous improvement mindset in addition to helping manage impediment removal by working closely with other teams and impacted stakeholders.
· Attends Scrum of Scrum meetings as needed to synchronize across PepsiCo teams and resolve blockers.
· Facilitates Sprint release planning with Product Manager, Product Owner and stakeholders to determine the features, its sequence and expected timeline. Assists Product Manager, Product Owner roles with on-going backlog refinement.
· Ensures sprint releases stay on track and updates sprint activities in agile planning and execution tracking tool. Assist with status reporting, velocity metrics, sprint accomplishments, in addition to socializing current risks and issues.
· Partners with others in the Agile community within PepsiCo (Scrum Masters, APMs and Agile Coaches) to drive technology-focused teams towards achieving Agile principles.
· Coaches the team to own and continually improve their process and practices. Driving teams to improve agility practices and become more self-organizing.
· Along with Scrum Master, this role requires some basic/ proficient knowledge on Power BI and SQL to work on some new initiatives time to time.
Qualifications
Years of Experience
· 6 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management
· 5+ years’ experience in capacity of Scrum Master for large teams in IT area
Mandatory Technical Skills
· Excellent remote and cross- collaboration skills
· Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities.
· Solutions Delivery experience - experience in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management
· Scrum Master experience in Data, BI or Analytics projects
· Sound knowledge of data warehousing concepts, analytics capabilities and data catalog tools
· Knowledge on Microsoft stack – PowerBI
· Query Language knowledge -SQL
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills
· Ability to collaborate with people from different regions and backgrounds.
· Leadership reporting on Agile metrics (L10-LG1)
· Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills.
· Positively influence and coach immediate team members, extended team members, business partners and all customers on agile practices
· Ensure Agile team and Product owner work in tandem to achieve sprint/ iteration goals on consistent basis.
· Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.

· Operate in a matrix environment working across multiple stakeholders across global and sector.

· Excellent coaching and influencing skills over team.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills.
· CSM, CSP-SM Certification will be an added advantage.
· Preferred certification - SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) Certification
· Earlier experience in working in Power BI specific solution will be added advantage.
