Overview
In this role you will act as the Perfect eStore Analyst across Europe. You will support the ongoing rollout of e.Fundamentals across our European markets, acting as subject matter expert and focusing on driving tool usage within our markets by leading monthly market connects, shaping training requirements & consolidating best practice/ case studies into Perfect eStore PiCOS (Picture of success).
You will also own the execution to impact of Perfect eStore analytics and market tracking via e.Fundamentals, ensuring that the Perfect eStore scorecard is truly embedded into market’s & Sector’s performance review processes to drive visibility & focus on where & how to drive PepsiCo sales via Perfect eStore execution.
You will lead the consolidation of best practice & help support markets by integrating this into Perfect eStore PiCOS – toolkits aimed at providing clear best in class recommendation to drive PepsiCo’s digital shelf execution, and will require you to tailor content to meet the market’s different level of maturity from foundation level ‘Building the Basics’ to Gold Standard. In order to be successful you will partner with the cross-functional teams & local BU teams.
This role is a key part of the wider eComm capability community and you will support teams by leading the deployment & management of common capability development tools e.g. eConsultancy & ADA to drive further eComm integration & help to upskill the wider business.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead blueprints development of eComm best practice via Perfect eStore PiCOS & thought connectivity to BUs, Channel Leads & UX Lab
• Be a Power User of e.Fundamentals platform – ability to understand & interpret the data, develop best practice & drive change in BUs
• Support the deployment & usage acceleration of e.Fundamentals via monthly market & Governance connects plus training programme development
• Establish a clear Perfect eStore scorecard - Drive improved Perfect eStore analytics & Market tracking via e.Fundamentals
• Drive improved integration of Perfect eStore into core eComm PBRs & tools i.e. eCommIQ
• Lead deployment/ maintenance of common capability development tools e.g. eConsultancy & ADA to upskill the wider community on eComm
• Help define & test what good looks like (Picture of Success)
• Work with core DX Perfect Store teams to integrate eComm thinking into omni-channel customers
Qualifications
Essential
• Strong academic background – e.g. Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration
• Experience in retail / retail execution – ideally online
• Ability to analyse multiple data sets, draw conclusions & present clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills to work across multiple BUs & stakeholders
• Ability to work with & influence a wide range of stakeholders across eComm internally & externally – including but not limited to: Channel leads, BU eComm teams, eComm marketing & external data providers
• Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver

• Previous eComm experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good collaborator and influencer: Experience working with a breadth of stakeholders and peers – levels, functions and across countries in Europe
• Ability to extract key messages from complex data and craft a clear narrative
• Good commercial and operational instinct to ensure recommendations are practical and executable
