Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by overseeing the preventative maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted day to day operations. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing trained and capable front-line union.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Applies theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability.
· Oversees and maintains six highly utilized production lines running 7 days/week
· Sets front-line performance standards providing coaching and feedback to build capability and improve performance.
· Oversees and maintains support equipment including air compressors, water treatment, refrigeration, hydraulics, electrical, boilers and sanitation.
· Oversees and maintains building infrastructure including welding and fabrication, concrete/asphalt and roofs.
· Collaborates with all departments to maximize efficient running operations
· Leads Continuous Improvement implementation of PM Phase 1 pillar assigned such as work order management, Breakdown Analysis, or spare parts management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· 1+ years of manufacturing/maintenance supervisory experience required
· Experience in consumer package products or similar industry preferred
· Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
· Strong computer skills required
· Solid problem solving, planning, process
· Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
Salary Range
The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,200 - $98,600 based on a full-time schedule. Your confirmed job-related skills, experience and qualifications will be considered in setting your actual starting salary
