Job description
Overview
Planning, executing & monitoring maintenance and improvement activities in the following areas: packaging hall, end of line area, and external auxiliary equipment; Build team capacity to achieve overall department and plant objectives, and ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, OHSAS and HACCP management systems and MESS;
Responsibilities
· People: Lead, train and develop people to achieve group objectives, enrich their skills and knowledge. Responsible for professional and personal development and career planning for all his subordinates to maintain the continuity and meet the business growth.
· Maintenance: Enable high performance Operations, providing assets' Maintenance according to the PeMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology). Support and contribute to have a proper spare part management and planned maintenance (PM) in assigned area.
· Budget Management: Built the maintenance budget , ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line with PeMM.
· Energy/Water/EHS Management. Ensure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper M&I activities to the factory assets and respecting SHE policies.
· Packaging Optimization: Drive innovation & improvement project in assigned area, initiating/coordinating implementation of new processes/technologies with relevant BU Engineering.
Qualifications
· 3 years experience in a technical field ( Mechanical/ electrical & automation or mechatronic), preferably food/ FMCG manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Engineer Supervisor, Industrial Services, Maintenance & Improvement or Electrical & Automation Engineer, or other similar positions)
· Recommendation to have participated in a Maintenance and/or Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including the preparation, definition, control and follow up of maintenance budgets.
· Personnel Supervisory experience (with technical teams, Mechanical and Electrical (contractors, suppliers, or other 3rd parties)
· Participation in multi-disciplinary teams aiming to process or packing optimization.
· Work following defined indicators/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
· Assets Management and Planning, including M&I and decision support and reporting tools in maintenance system, and the requirements to ensure good quality information.
· Food processing plants and technologies (Maintenance and Utilities), food safety, hygienic engineering .
· Basic understanding of Electricity, Control and Automation
· Technical Instructions & Guidelines Management System
· Good understanding of project management.
