Responsibilities
· As a scheduler, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in maintenance.
· This will be done through SAP, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the planner and part coordinator to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics.
· Keep track of mechanics kronos vs SAP labor utilization
· Scheduling down day work for mechanics
· Scheduling weekly pm’s and work orders to mechanics
· Reporting on part utilization weekly
· Reporting weekly completion rate of pm’s for all mechanics
· Working close with part coordinator on kitting and assigning work
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $44,000 - $70,200 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· High School diploma required (college degree preferred)
· SAP knowledge for scheduling
· Ability to work rotating schedule
· Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work
· Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates
· Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
· Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
· This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Safe driving record strongly preferred
