Responsibilities

Data Reporting

To collect data from all Logistics functions (actual stock, scheduled production, number of pallets to be dispatched, imported pallets, repacking quantities etc.)  and issue the available storage report for the next day in order to project warehouse capacity and take actions in case of lack of storage. To follow the warehouse personnel working hours focusing on overtime work and the reasons behind it, holidays, absences etc.). Assist the warehouse supervisors on daily issues such as production recalls, traceability, orders picking, products availability, promo calendar execution, receiving etc

 

·  Logistics Budget Control
·  Monitor Expenses actuals vs AOP
·  Monitor labor expenses vs AOP
·  Form AOP, P4F in collaboration with MOVE lead and Supervisors
·  Giving input for productivities

 

·  General warehousing tasks
·  Daily monitoring and reconcile of production to both systems WMS and ERP
·  Coordinate repacking activities ensuring RM availability and Promo FG received on time
·  Prepare and post destruction protocols by collecting all approvals and coordinate physical disposal
·  Update wms in terms of adding new skus, pallet positions and storage areas
·  Support all users (pickers and FLT drivers) in all issues with wms
·  Perform recycle stock count and reconcile stock by expiration date
·  Post freshness report for all FG products
·  Participate in stock counts and prepare Inventory Count report by justifying differences above thresholds
·  Monitor and report personnel overtimes
·  Inspect H&S behaviours and compliance
·  Run traceability reports
Qualifications

· 
·  1 or 2 years of experience in Warehousing or Logistics administration (Reporting, KPIs monitoring etc)
·  PC literacy
·  Communication/Cooperation skills
·  Language skills: Fluent Greek and English
·  WMS Expertise (Logistics Vision, ABERON, or other)
·  SAP knowledge would be an asset
·  Bachelors Degree
